Combo Valve Seals
Providing molding and custom design for our combo valve seals used in various filter applications, Innovatio supports the material needs of the filter as well as packaging for rapid installation in your assembly equipment.
Material capabilities for our custom rubber seals include: Nitrile (Buna-N, NBR), EPDM, Silicone (VMQ), Fluorocarbon (Viton, FKM), Ethylene Acrylate (AEM), Polyacrylate (ACM).
Grommets/Isolators
Custom rubber mounts, vibration isolators and rubber-to-metal bonded vibration mounts can be designed to support your application’s load and shock profiles. Isolators are used in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and other impact or shock applications to reduce noise levels during use.
Press-in-Place Seals
Providing a custom seal to support your sealing needs for mating components, Innovatio Sealing Technologies will work with your team to determine the best material and design for your application . Depending on the product design, retention features are often used in the press-in-place seal design to ensure a secure fit into the sealing groove.
Radial/ Quad Ring Seals
Innovatio’s all rubber design of radial and quad ring seals for use in static and dynamic applications are second to none in the industry. Depending on the requirements of the application a radial or quad ring design can offer exceptional sealing support in place of a standard o-ring.
