Applying our rubber-to-plastic design capabilities, Innovatio’s rubber-to-metal gaskets are used when the structural joint requires a more robust carrier. Innovatio’s cabability will surpass the needs of each market that requires edge bonded gaskets and complete overmolding of the metal carrier.
Innovatio’s rubber compound materials for gaskets include: Nitrile (Buna-N, NBR), EPDM, Silicone (VMQ), Fluorocarbon (Viton, FKM), Ethylene Acrylate (AEM), Polyacrylate (ACM).
Rubber-to-Plastic
Starting with a plastic carrier gasket and overmolding with the rubber compound to support the structural joint needs of an application, our rubber-to-plastic gaskets can be used to save time in assembly as well as combining components to reduce complexity.
Working with your mating component design, torque limiters can be molded into the backbone of our rubber-to-plastic carrier to maintain and retain torque of the gasket.
